well .. we are a retailer of pre-owned 'luxury' clothing and accessories , new and 'like new' contemporary jewelry and (locally made ) modern art.

Description

(how it works) we accept women's higher end designer or better brand name clothing and accessories for the purpose of resale. Your consigned items will be placed on the sales floor for a period of 60 days . You (the consigner) will receive 50% of the final selling price. Pricing to be determined at the sole discretion of Crimson & Clover based on label, condition, age and demand for the consigned items. Crimson & Clover reserves the right to reduce prices on merchandise at its discretion. (what we want) items to be consigned must be of current fashion trend (no more than 2 years), seasonally appropriate and in new or 'like new' condition. All items must be freshly laundered (or dry cleaned), pressed/ironed and neatly folded and otherwise ready for sale. We cannot accept items (regardless of brand name) that are torn, stained, pilled, missing buttons or in a general state of disrepair. We will not accept items in trash bags. (what happens ) We will review items that are dropped off between 10 - 5:30 Tuesday through Friday. If Crimson & Clover staff are unable to review your items, we will hold them until we have the opportunity to review them and alert you via e-mail when we have processed items, and have any returns available. An itemized list of the accepted items will be emailed to you at the earliest convenience of Crimson & Clover staff. Any items that do not meet our criteria will be donated to our charity of choice **Unsold items must be picked up within the last 2 weeks of consignment period. Any unclaimed items become the property of Crimson & Clover and will donated to the charity of our choice. (payment) Consigner accounts will be balanced monthly and consignors will be e-mailed when payouts are prepared and available to pick-up. **Consigners will have 30 days after their consignment period has ended to claim any outstanding payments owed unless specific arrangments have been made. (legal stuff) Although all possible care will be taken of your merchandise, Crimson & Clover will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen or damaged. All items are left at the consigner's risk.
