Who Are Cross Cultural Consultants? Cross Cultural Consultants (CCC) is a locally-based Indigenous business operating throughout the Northern Territory, nationally and internationally. CCC was established in 1989 to fill a perceived gap in the cross cultural training and engagement area. Over the past 25 years we have established a first-class reputation as deliverers of highly effective training and engagement services. The managing director, Jason Elsegood, has succeeded the founder of the business, Phil Elsegood, and is now growing our client base with the goal of seeing our materials being delivered across the country by locally-based Indigenous businesses.
