CrossFit St Albans is centrally located and easy to get to with just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and a 5 minute walk from the city train station. Our aim at CrossFit St Albans is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to allow you to improve your quality of life, develop new skills and ultimately become fitter, faster and stronger human beings. We do this by combining all levels from basic to advance of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting and functional cardiovascular movements in a constantly varied and fun group training session.
