Description

Our entire Box is one big community. We work out with each other all year but really come together strongly during the Open Season every March to participate in a worldwide fitness contest that happens once per week for 5 weeks. This CrossFit Games Open has over 200,000 competitors worldwide and we take tremendous pride in striving to be one of the fittest boxes in the world. What you need to know is this: you belong here. Your fellow members are all people with day jobs who started out where you are at now. You will get in the best shape of your life here. You keep showing up and walking in that door. Do the work and the results will come. Just keep showing up regardless of what you think you can and cannot do. We’ll take care of the rest.
