Greetings, First of all, I would like to say thank you for allowing us to provide you with quality products and superior service for more than 30 years. We welcome your comments and suggestions and truly appreciate your patronage and the continued confidence that you have shown us throughout the years. This year has been especially exciting with our new single cup coffee program, thecoffeepod. We have been working diligently on this program for over six years and have been involved with virtually every phase of development the concept the machine, and the coffees. We were determined to provide you with a single cup program that would provide convenience, efficiency and simplicity without compromising coffee quality or limiting variety. . . and at a reasonable cost.
