Description

Daniel Muhor Director Born in Geelong and educated at The Geelong College Daniel completed his Bachelor of Business in Catering and Hotel Management at Victoria University. In 2000 Daniel was recruited by Starwood Hotels and Resorts as a Restaurant Manager for Le Meridien at Rialto Melbourne where he was promoted to EAM or second in charge. In 2005 Daniel was transferred to Thailand where he re-opened the Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach and Spa Resort which was destroyed by the 2004 Tsunami, a 244 room luxury 5 star resort, after 18 months he was then promoted to Hotel Manager where he then relocated to Guangzhou China to open a 448 room Westin Hotel, after a successful opening and 3 years he was then hand picked by both the General Manager and owner of The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi, India where he then relocated to open this flagship Westin of Asia Pacific. Daniel heads up the Operations at Customs House and will be heavily involved in the day to day operation with a focus on delivering quality food and beverage coupled with impeccable service. He will work closely with the culinary team and wine consultant Dale Cooper to ensure that food and beverage menus are constantly at the highest level.
