Since 2007, the Dalhousie Student Union Sustainability Office (DSUSO) has been a student funded service that strives to create a culture of sustainability. DSUSO strives to improve our university community by making the DSU an ecologically aware, economically responsible, and socially equitable institution. DSUSO acts as a hub to identify, assess and address challenges of environmental sustainability on campus.

Description

• To implement and fund student-run environmental and social sustainability initiatives on campus • To inspire environmentally conscious thinking in our community by hosting events and workshops that challenge and inspire students to action • To motivate behavioral change that reflects sustainable practices. • To engage with key decision making bodies within the DSU and Dalhousie to promote decision-making that fosters ethical and environmental responsibility and accountability.

  • Fridays: 09:00- 12:00
