That weekend workout is so good and tiring, i tried showering using aftershave balm instead of my shower gel!! Great body workout. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

Hi all, I hope everyone had a good day. After never really doing any long distance running, I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone and signed up for the Swansea bay 10K run for MacMillan Cancer Support. Let me know what you have done or going to do to come out of your 'comfort zone.' It could be anything from trying a new workout or signing up for a walk. Anything guys. If you cannot think of anything, just do what I did and go on impulse and do something mad!!!

Morning all I hope everyone had a good weekend. First 9 days of the 90 challenge is now down and yesterday, I did have a treat. Breaded chicken and a tub of Jo's ice cream for desert ( after trying Jo's for the first time, I have to say, pretty awesome stuff). Now I am back on it again starting with an FI smoothie for breakfast followed by a 8.8 km run, back to a rebuild shake, chicken and veg for lunch, healthy snack then a ham, turkey, salad and peppers wrap for tea to keep me going through work until 10:30. Who has a pledge to move better or eat better this week? Can be anything. My goal is to do at least one more big run this week, maybe hit 9k.m stopping only once. What's yours?
