I want to thank all the people who have supported me in this endeavour over the past two years. It has been a pleasure to offer my services to the Edmonton community, and there are certainly aspects of it which I will miss. There are, of course others, which I will not. One of the most wonderful things about this work is the fact of helping people in need. I have seen this countless times, and have gotten much pleasure from the happy faces and the copious thank-you's. I have made several friends through this work, and hopefully will be remembered as the guy who went the extra, ahem...mile in order to be helpful, while still keeping a smile on his face. This page will soon disappear, but David will continue offering his friendly services wherever he finds himself...

I set a record today: 9 bed pieces (mattress/box spring) on the back of my truck!!! 3 happy customers! One from Mauritius, one from India, and one from Nigeria. I guess you could say they were...mixed bedfellows?

I experienced a dilemma today. I was asked by a customer to do a job that involved dismantling a wooden retaining wall, removing the soil behind it, and cutting down approximately 6-7 beautiful, vibrant cedars, and a spruce. Besides being a big job, I was mostly averse to the thought of killing such beautiful trees. I turned the job down. Did I do the right thing?
