Just saw this in an article. I'm always asked how quick can I see results. Things take time, you cannot look like an athlete in a matter of sessions. Set realistic goals ;)

Just been reading up on nutrition more specific to females........ Love learning and discovering new tricks. Especially when I can apply them to my clients training/diet routines! Never stand still, always room to improve. Keep learning;)

Saw this today ........ Newbie being inducted into a gym by a trainer. The guy told the trainer he's here to build muscle. Trainer showed him the pec dec/reverse fly. Told him you need to do these 2 movements without a doubt ! What!! Show the guy Dead lifts, Squats, Any dumbell movement in general would be better then a rear fly to begin with. Beginners - deads, bench, Squats, pull ups, rows, dips - master them first !
