I recently read an article about Feline House-Soiling or inappropriate elimination. The high points were: cats may avoid using a litter box if it's in a high traffic area; near a more dominant cat; they had a negative experience near the litter box (medicine, trapped in a carrier, excessive play with children); dirty litter box; and nearby loud or sudden noises like the furnace or A/C. If you'd like to read the entire article, contact us by email or here on Facebook.

I have recently read several reports of Trifexis being responsible for the death of a number of dogs. If the statistics quoted in the article in ABC News are correct, over 20 million doses sold versus 986 reported deaths to the FDA, that would amount to a 0.0000493% chance of having a fatality. What do you think? #trifexis

Do you have a new puppy, what about a new kitten? Hopefully, you have chosen a completely healthy animal and will enjoy a lifetime of fun. But it is crucial to bring your puppy or kitty to a veterinarian to check on its health and to make sure that your new best friend has all of its immunizations.
