Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a safe, gentle and effective complementary therapy, which can benefit almost any condition from emotional stress to chronic pain. Treatments are typically 1 hour in length. Dawn also teaches 1st, 2nd & Masters degree Reiki workshops. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It involves tapping on a series of points in order to correct energetic disruptions associated with negative feelings, pain or illness. EFT is a gentle and safe technique that yields fast result for both emotional and physical distress. Clinical studies conducted are indicating that EFT yields better results than standard pyschological treatment (cognitive behavioural therapy in combination with medications). EFT has also been added to the American Psychology Association curriculum as elective classes.
