Welcome to our page!! Here at Decorative Delights, all items are handpainted to order so that your personalised item is tailored to suit your home or the intended recipient. Decorative Delights specialise specifically in items for the home, particularly gifts for someone close and keepsakes for young children. These items include hanging signs, wall plaques, jigsaw names, freestanding words or letters and childrens' money banks. PLACING AN ORDER: Please send us a Private Message or email us directy at decorativedelights@hotmail.com. Please refrain from placing orders in the form of commenting on a picture as these are likely to be missed and we would not like to cause any disappointment. When placing an order via Private Message or email, we need to know the following; * Which item you would like * The specified colour/s (Feel free to send us picture examples so that we can best match your home decor) * Spelling for jigsaw names, money banks or any other personalised item * Delivery name and address DELIVERY: An order will only be placed once we are in receipt of payment. Once the payment has been received, the delivery time will be calculated and fed back to you with the earliest date we have available. All of our products are designed to your specification, therefore please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock and likely to take longer, you will be advised within 72 hours of receipt of payment. Likewise, if your item is available earlier, we will send it out as soon as it is ready. REFUNDS: Each item is made to order, therefore refunds will not be given. If your item has arrived damaged, then a replacement shall be sent out as soon as possible. Due to this policy, please ensure that you check all specifications (Inc. sizing, colours, spelling and the correct delivery address) before placing an order as these can not be changed once the order has been processed. Postage & Packaging: Small items - These prices include P&P for standard first class delivery. If you would like your item to be sent via recorded delivery, then there will be a £2.00 surcharge. Larger items (Those that won't fit through a letterbox comfortably) - These items will be sent via recorded delivery and all prices include the cost of P&P also. Please note: These items are made as decorative items and are not to be treated as play toys.
