Executive Chef: Juliard Ishizuka Dee promises an approachable menu with updated steakhouse fare and inventive burger recipes in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Dee Lincoln made the decision to go back to her roots and do what she does best…with a twist. Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar will offer a menu of core starters with a creative approach, 8-10 unique burgers, three cuts of steaks, daily blackboard features of a butchers cut and fresh catch of the day, 100 wines under $100 (which will include a small selection of the best available in Texas), local beer and a craft cocktail program showcasing Texas spirits. Lincoln is still carefully selecting all other purveyors, but has chosen family-owned Lone Star Foodservice in Austin to provide the butchers cuts from both Beeman Family Ranch and Windy Bar Ranch.
