We are located near the corner of Pellicano and George Dieter at 11601 Pellicano Suite A-9. Currently we perform School (sport) Physicals for $20 (If you mention this advertisement you will receive it for $15). We accept many different insurance plans, VA referrals, Tricare and Triwest referrals, Auto Accidents, Medicaid, Medicare and Work Injuries as well as patients with Sciatica, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Headaches, musculoskeletal extremity injuries, knee and Shoulder injuries, Disc Related Injuries, etc. Please call today for your appointment or come as a walk-in. 593-BACK (2225).
