NOTICE FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17 SCHOOLS AND OFFICES CLOSED Due to inclement weather conditions, all schools and offices in the Christina School District will be closed on Tuesday, February 17. Preschool programs, Parents as Teachers Stay and Play, Continuing Education Classes, Adult Education Classes, and Distance Learning classes are also canceled.
A message from our athletic director: Kudos to our DSD coaches and players for 2nd place. It was close game, DSD lost 37 to 31 to RSD. This was the first time DSD made it to the finals since 2005 (10 years). Updates from our girls basketball team who are away playing at the ESDAA tournament in Buffalo, NY. Friday night was a victory over Rhode Island, 56 to 25. Saturday our girls won against ASD 31 to 20. In competitions DSD won speed dribble and hot shots. As well as placed 2nd for team free throw. Today DSD will play against Rochester for the championship! Game starts at 1:00. Go BlueHawks!
