As a holistic health coach, I support and guide you to make sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes to produce real and lasting results that will radically improve your health and happiness. My education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventative care. As well being a graduate of IIN, I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am also certified in the Transformational Coaching Method. My holistic approach means that I take all aspects of your lifestyle into account. It is not just about food. I learned from experts in the field of nutrition and wellness including Dr Andrew Weil, Dr David Katz, Dr Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, and David Wolf among many others. I draw on over 100 dietary theories and I integrate the relevant ones to produce the perfect plan for each client. There is no one diet or lifestyle for everyone. We are all unique and require individual evaluation as to what works best. It is not just about the food we eat. We are also nourished by relationships, career, spirituality and physical movement. All these are considered when creating a personalized program. I am truly passionate about supporting clients on their journey to lifestyle fulfillment.
