Welcome to Designor Cosmetics. We are online retailers of branded Cosmetics, Gift Sets and Fragrances in the UK. PLACING ORDERS To place your order; please email us on DesignorUK@gmail.com or send us a facebook message with the following details: Your Name Email address Delivery address Product Item code We will then reply to confirm your order and send you an Invoice to the email address provided by you. All e-mail correspondence are replied to as soon as possible. PAYMENTS We accept payments via PayPal only. This allows the Customers to experience a complete Secured Payment. POSTAGE We believe in FAIR Postage Charges and hence we don't charge a flat rate. Postage is calculated solely on the items individual weight. Postage charges are displayed on each item on our ads in the respective Albums. DELIVERY We usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.Postage is usually within 2-3 working days. RETURNS POLICY All our products come with a 24 hours returns policy. The return items must not be opened or used. For hygiene purposes, we will not refund or replace any opened or used items. DAMAGES/DISCREPANCIES We make every effort to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the event of receipt of a damaged product, please follow the guidelines as below: Step 1). Keep the item unopened or unused. Please note: We will STRICTLY not not process your request nor refund you if the item is opened or used and is not in its original packaging. Step 2). Send us an email to DesignorUK@gmail.com stating that you have received a damaged product withing 24 hours, else we will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after the stipulated time. Any items returned will be checked to confirm damage. If item is found not to be damaged or faulty we will then only refund the cost of the items returned less the cost of postage to send the items out to you in the first place. If the items had free shipping then the cost of postage will be worked out and deducted from the refund amount. No, you do not need to have a PayPal Account in order to make a payment. Once an invoice is sent to your email, simply follow the instructions which directs you to PayPal secured site which will give you choices of making the payment (via PayPal OR card purchase). Do I need to pay additional costs if I am paying through PayPal? No. It is a completely FREE payment service for our Customers. That means, you wont be charged any extra cost for processing payments using PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal Account.
