Founded in 1978, Paratransit, Inc. is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation providing transportation services to people with disabilities, the elderly and related agencies throughout the Sacramento California area. With up to 3,000 trips scheduled per weekday — and nearly a million trips annually — Paratransit is key to maintaining independence and conducting activities of daily living for thousands of individuals. With this service background, and an understanding of our customer base, Paratransit’s Board of Directors decided to add a new division, Destinations Mobility. Like its parent company, this division is centered on ethical, reliable, and successful values. The goal of Destinations Mobility is to improve the quality of life for our community and customers.
