THE TERM "DEVIL DOG" IS A NICKNAME GIVEN TO MARINES BY THE GERMAN SOLDIERS, TO DESCRIBE THE U.S. MARINES WHO FOUGHT IN THE BATTLE OF BELLEAU WOOD IN 1918. THE MARINES' FIERCE FIGHTING AND DETERMINATION LED THE GERMANS TO CALL THEM "TEUFEL HUNDEN" (DEVIL DOGS). WE ARE A SMALL AUTO DETAILING BUSINESS IN SACRAMENTO, CA OWNED BY TWO U.S. MARINES CORPS VETERANS. MARINES ARE KNOWN FOR MANY THINGS INCLUDING HONOR AND COMMITMENT. THEY ARE ALSO KNOWN FOR THE EXTREME PRIDE AND DISCIPLINE THEY HAVE IN THEMSELVES, THEIR APPEARANCE, AND THEIR WORK. WE CARRY THESE VALUES INTO OUR BUSINESS AT DEVIL DOG DETAILING.
