Dr Phillip MacFarland, was born in Oakland and raised in Richmond, California. I focus on helping people that are experiencing Job Stress in these very difficult financial/economic times. I offer help with my 20+ years of clinical experience, earning a terminal degree (Ph.D.) in psychology, and surviving the streets of RIchmond, having both "Street" and "Book-Smarts" to help God's people to find Joy and Peace in their lives.
