|| Home of the Original Doner Kebab || Our family has over two decades of authentic Turkish & Mediterranean recipes. Back in our hometown, Istanbul, we are well-known for our speciality: doner kebab. This traditional Turkish dish has ancient origins going as far back as the Ottoman Empire. Now it’s a street food favorite around the world with many regional variations (i.e. Greek - gyro; Arabic - shawarma). We keep it real using our family’s recipe to guarantee the most authentic doner kebab experience. That means using ONLY locally-sourced raw ingredients and USDA-choice Halal meat. It’s our belief that we should only serve food that we would feed to our family. Serving traditional doner kebab, Mediterranean salads, gyros, and wraps, we offer a cornucopia of exotic flavors that represent our culture. Our goal is to not only share the love of doner kebab, but to bring people together through good, wholesome food. Like the Bosphorus Bridge, which connects Turkey to Europe and Asia, we’re here to connect all kinds of different people together, one gyro at a time.
