Downsize Fitness is not a gym; it’s not a medical center, but somewhere in between. Downsize Fitness is an all-encompassing health and wellness organization founded on the desire to help our members achieve healthy weight loss. We achieve this through fully integrated physical fitness, 6, 12 & 18 month nutrition program and weight loss coaching sessions. Our gym is a community of people who have a significant amount of weight to lose and are committed to doing so for the long haul. Downsize is not a quick fix. We do not see it as such, and we coach our members to do the same. Downsize For Life provides a private online social network to empower a community supporting teens struggling with their weight. We're highly empathetic to our members. Since we’ve been there before and may still be on that journey, we make amazing mentors who are easy to talk to and learn from. Downsize Fitness is an integrated wellness program for healthy weight loss. 95% of our staff have weight loss transformations themselves. We're one of the highest customer-rated gyms in the country.

We offer group fitness classes ranging from: Bootcamps, kettleworks, Yoga, Zumba, step, Boxing, Cardio Box, Downsize Me(weight class), Total Core, Downsize Dance, 30/30 and pilates. All classes contain modifications and were designed when Brianne weight over 300lbs. We also offer full Nutrition Coaching services and counselling.
