I am part of a support forum and this is a note that someone posted on it today. Is this familiar? What are your thoughts? Post: Well today wasn't pleasant. got on my hoveround and went to McD's for breakfast had 2 egg mc muffins 4 hash browns and 2 Danish with 2 lg oj's then got on it again for lunch at chineese buffet had 4 plates 2 dish icecream with stack of cookies and then after dinner which was 2 box's of gold fish mac n cheese goldfish from church pantry my wife went to MD's and got me 2 Dble quarter pounder's w/ cheese and 2 lg fries now I cant breath cause im full and I hate myself

My Diet Coach will complement the already successful monthly nutrition coaching that you currently enjoy. You will now have the ability to personally interact 1-on-1 with our Certified Nutritionist, Melanie Daly, directly 24/7 via email. This is HUGE! You will now have at your disposal the ability to ask questions regarding anything nutrition or diet related in real-time! We are passionate about what we do and truly want everyone to be healthy. The first step to becoming healthier is to know where you are regarding your body. If you do not have a "baseline" then it is virtually impossible to gauge your progress and modify your program as needed. One way that we can assist is to offer a BCA (Body Composition Analysis) to anyone regardless of membership status. Everyone should have a BCA done at least every quarter (once a month is best).
