At DownTown Fitness on Elm we value developing relationships and using proven sound health and exercise practices to help you achieve your personal goals. All of our trainers have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science and nationally certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. As a former teacher, strength & conditioning coach, and athletics coach I enjoy motivating and helping others to learn and grow. As a current part-time EMT with Guilford County I understand the importance of staying healthy, recovery, and developing a lifestyle of positive habits. Each training session is personally designed with your health, goals, and current capabilities in mind to help you get where you want to be. No two people are exactly physiologically or mentally alike, so let me design a program that is just right for you. Whether training for the military, sports, an adventure, or everyday life, I can help you get where you want be. So send a message or give me call and lets schedule time to meet and check out our convenient top of the line facility. We are a no strings attached gym with no longterm contracts. Pay each month for as many sessions that fit your schedule and it is our job to keep your business. Cardio area is available for you and your immediate family at anytime the gym is open. (with minimum purchase of four training sessions a month)
