I hope to provide useful information to the community regarding our practice, what we're up to and also some simple lifestyle advice (nutrition & exercise). Over the coming months we plan to lay the foundations for excellence in family practice: this includes increased access to care when you need it, evidence-based medical practice, comprehensive care of the individual, the use of key metrics to guide provision of services, the implementation of multi-disciplinary teams in our patients' care plans, and much more.
