Dr. Banks is focused on providing the highest quality foot and ankle care for his patients. He is well trained in all aspects of care of the foot and ankle. He enjoys taking care of his patient’s needs regarding everything from heel pain to complex reconstructive foot surgery. Dr. Banks became interested in podiatry while obtaining his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Baylor University. He then moved to Chicago to complete his medical degree at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. After obtaining his degree, he elected to stay in Chicago to complete his surgical residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital, a level one trauma center. Dr. Banks then moved back to Texas, where he has been in practice since 2010. Dr. Banks is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association. His focus on modern techniques often allows swift recovery with minimal inconvenience for his patients.
