Dugoni, DDS MS PC Practicing orthodontics since 1990, Dr. Joseph (Jay) A. Dugoni graduated from the University of Florida (Bachelor of Science), Louisiana State University (Masters of Science), University of North Carolina (Doctor of Dental Surgery), and Oregon Health Science University (Certificate in Orthodontics). Jay and his wife, Laurie, enjoy an active lifestyle with their four children. Formerly a wildlife biologist, Jay and his family appreciate outdoor activities.
