Description
My mission is to provide parents with kinder, gentler interventions for optimizing children's mental health, and to make changes that produce both short and long term gains. I frequently write and post others' articles about environmental effects--since these are things we can change--including the far-reaching effects of electronics and screentime on mood, behavior, cognition and social skills. As an integrative practitioner, I'm always looking for natural evidence-based treatments (supplements, food-based, exercise, light/circadian treatments, etc) that not only improve symptoms but reduce reliance on psychotropic medications.
