Having practiced for over 12 years as a Medical Doctor, specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MD, Russia, 1990) in 3 culturally diverse countries, I gained a lot of clinical and life experience. However, I became increasingly aware of the limitations of conventional medicine and expanded my expertise far beyond it to include a postgraduate degree in Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM, Edinburgh, 2008), and studying further in the areas of Environmental, Orthomolecular and Functional medicine (IFM, USA) and Eastern Traditional medical systems. My broad knowledge of Functional and Nutritional medicine underpinned by conventional medical training allows me to define unique personalised approaches to restoring health. Running a busy practice at One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic in Stirling, Scotland, as well as international consulting my focus is on individual needs and goals, identifying root causes of health concerns, and suggesting health restoring programmes inclusive of dietary advice, nutritional balancing, naturopathic and metabolic detoxification protocols. Functional medicine approach may go on to include investigations into food sensitivities, digestive issues, SIBO and fungal overgrowth, IBD, hormonal, neurotransmitters and nutritional imbalances, metal toxicity and more. Although, years of medical practice have given me deep understanding and experience of a broad range of conditions, my main passion and clinical focus is on women's health, natural fertility and pregnancy support. Passionate about health, I share my knowledge and expertise with a wide range of clients through personal consultations face to face, by Skype or telephone and group sessions, workshops and lectures.
