Drawing from the traditions of Naturopathic medicine and Yoga, Dr. Kate provides her patients with education, inspiration and holistic therapies to awaken to new levels of self awareness and well being. Dr. Kate treats people of all ages with a wide range of health conditions. She specializes in integrative medicine for women's health and hormone imbalances, gastrointestinal conditions, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, depression and anxiety. Dr. Kate also has a strong focus in homeopathic medicine, which helps patients identify and address the connections between their physical and mental/emotional symptoms. Dr. Kate is a certified Holistic Pelvic Care ™ practitioner. Through this medicine, she treats a wide range of women’s health conditions, and helps restore physical and energetic balance to the pelvic space of the female body. Dr. Kate believes yoga is the perfect compliment to Naturopathic medicine and a therapeutic way to find balance between body, mind and spirit. She helps her patients and students create mindfulness and self awareness through asana practice, breathwork and meditation, so physical, mental and emotional health can flourish. She currently teaches vinyasa and alignment classes at Yoga Union.
