Services include: Injury assessment, postural assessment, gait/running assessment, manipulation, acupuncture, active release technique ®, electro-therapy/ultrasound therapy, custom orthotics, bracing. In 2013, Dr. Davies, received her doctorate in Chiropractic (DC) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in To-ronto, Ontario. Also in 2013, she received certifications in Graston Technique and completed her training in active re-lease technique (ART). In 2009, she received an Honours Specialization in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, where she also played varsity soccer. Cur-rently, Dr. Davies is the full-time chiropractor for Oshawa Centre Goodlife Fitness Club and part-time at Back to Centre in Pickering. She believes in the strength of the human body in achieving optimal health and wellness and takes a holistic approach to chiropractic, which encompasses all aspects of healthy living. Dr. Davies loves not only helping others pas-sively through various chiropractic techniques, but also by empowering patients to take an active role in reaching and maintaining their health-related goals.
