Drishti Yoga and Massage utilises Yoga, Massage and Meditation to promote a deep awareness on all levels. By working the body, in Yoga and Massage, we are able to observe our processes of sensation and connect not just to our physical bodies but to our mental and spiritual bodies also. Meditation allows us to work with complete stillness and observation. Here we connect with our deepest selves, our beliefs and our truths. It is from this place of connection that we can then extend out into the world, connecting with others and our environment from this deep place of awareness and truth. I welcome a one on one environment as well as small groups so if you're a little shy or would prefer to bring a friend, this is all just perfect. I also encourage mindful group gatherings such as reunions, hens gatherings or even baby showers. Please note alcohol will not be permitted during these sessions and is highly recommended to be avoided prior as well as after your session. Please advise at time of booking if any group members are pregnant. Drishti offers a mobile service which means I come to you! No need to find a studio or gym nearby. I just ask that you consider the space you have to work with before inviting people to join your group and don't forget your instructor has to fit too.
