Du Burns Arena was named after the late former Mayor of Baltimore City, Clarence H. "Du" Burns. Du Burns Arena is also the training home and corporate office of the six-time champion Baltimore Blast. Hours of operation vary, depending on the day of the week.

The arena has two banquet halls, each of which will seat up to 150 guests, at tables, for banquets, weddings and parties. The banquet halls can hold up to 300 guests for meetings.
