DYBO - Dance Your Buts Off, Not the Butts we sit on, It's the Buts we live in. We laugh.We exercise & change ways of thinking, ridding blocks and excuses. DYBO - Dance Your Buts Off, was started by BraveHeartWomen in California. I attended a workshop to become a DYBO Specialist in January and am the only one in KS so far. I have been a part of BraveHeartWomen for over three years and they have some wonderful materials for self growth. I can also get you discounted tickets for their National Conference in CA in Nov. Description

One way I have found to add joy to my world is to dance the excuses and blocks out of my body with DYBO in order to be more productive toward my goals. We get together to encourage each other in those endeavors each week. I have an official class on Thurs. nights and I am available for group get togethers also.We have fun doing it and it is beneficial to business groups and individuals to reach out to their potential. Leave your business card and we collaborate with other women in the group first when we need services. A typical class lasts about 45 minutes of songs. We go through a series of songs and I talk us though the motions and emotions. We start with The first song and recognizing a "block" or something that is holding you back. The second song, we unravel the thoughts about the block. The third song, we release that negative energy. The fourth song, we restore our body with peace and serenity and then the last song we rejoice that we have made a change. You move as much or a little as you want with the intention to experience change and it will. I leave charged and energized with a song in my heart.
