TERMS AND CONDITIONS • PRODUCT Our product quality ranges from good to excellent the items may not be 100% the same as the one in the photos this may cause in the different monitor differences and limitation in photography. Descriptions are provided by our supplier that's why we are not liable if there are some discrepancies. • PLACING AN ORDER Submission of an order form is highly recommended when placing an order because No order form I will not process your orders .And it will serve as a client record and contract between client and the shop. No cancellation of orders unless your orders are sold out. • PAYMENT After submitting the order form , clients will be give a (3) three consecutive days to settle the payment. I will send you the instructions base in then payment method that you place in your order for and for Pre order items clients are required to pay the 60% of the total amount ordered the remaining balance should be settled ON or BEFORE the order arrives (If you failed to pay the remaining balance for the period of 30 days your down payment will be forfeited and your order will now be available for other customers.) So be responsible enough for your orders. And For On hand items clients are required to pay the full amount of the ordered items and I will ship your order the next day of fulfilling your payment. • ABOUT THE SHIPPING We double check the items before we take over the items to the shipping company, so if ever it become damage or loss it is not my liability. (Make sure you double check the necessary information like your shipping address and name before you send your order form.) After you settle your account and the parcel has already arrived we will send the items in the next business days, If you are outside Manila it will take a 2-3 business days. • SHIPMENT SCHEDULES We have two batches of orders the 1st batch is every 1st day of the month up to the 15th and the 2nd batch is every 16th of the month up to the 30th or 31st of the month.The ETA or expected date of arrival is every 2-3 weeks or earlier after the cut off time. You will be informed if ever there are some delay in the shipments, and the tracking numbers of your order will be posted in the shop. • RETURN POLICIES We only accept returns if the items has quality damage, If this happen we will refund your payment. NOTE that we will accept the returning items if it have a quality damage and not just for being not satisfied with the style of the item that you choose.
