We use essential oils for their aromatherapy benefits and therapeutic properties. We never use synthetic fragrances as they are a toxic petroleum product! Our other ingredients, such as carrier oils, butters & salts, are also completely natural and free from any synthetic ingredients. Pure essential oils are much more concentrated than chemical ingredients, so a little bit goes a long way! Earthborne Products work better, smell better, are better for your health, and safer for all inhabitants of this planet. Earthborne Products are Safer for the Environment! We are a small, independently and woman-owned company and we operate our business and households consciously, always considering the impact of our choices on the environment. Our products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Since our products are made with ingredients from the earth, they are good for the earth. There are no harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) left behind, no petrochemicals used (very harmful pollutants made from petroleum), and no other toxins that eventually make their way into our soil, water, and bodily organs. In addition to using earth-friendly ingredients, we also use recyclable containers and 100% recycled label paper whenever possible! We encourage you to recycle any containers that you can, as well. The environmental benefits don't stop there! By purchasing products made locally, you are helping to reduce the carbon footprint that you leave behind. How? Well, less fuel was used to get this product to you, less energy was used to make this product than is used to make a conventional product, we recycle everything we are allowed to recycle, we reuse whenever we can, and avoid purchasing items in non-recyclable containers as much as possible.
