OUR GOAL: By working as professional learning teams, we will achieve an Exemplary TEA accountability rating. Recruitment and retention efforts will result in a 15% increase in the number of students participating in extra/co-curricular activities on campus. Using qualitative analysis, students will indicate higher levels of engagement in their school work from the first nine weeks to the fourth nine weeks. Through collaborative efforts with ACCD, 80% of the class of 2011 will be enrolled in a post-secondary education program and be college ready upon graduation. We will teach and develop a growth mindset to all students and increase AP/DC/PAP classes offered in the 2011-2012 school year by 15%.
