Description

East London Design Store is a new independent boutique, just off Broadway Market. Focused on the best in UK and local design from Hackney, the store stocks a select range of furniture, jewellery, art, children’s toys, lighting, cards and interior items. Opened in April 2013, the store is a product of 20 years of husband and wife team, Della Tinsley and Gideon Cleary, producing the spectacular annual Christmas shopping event, East London Design Show. The development of a permanent retail space, brings together the couple’s lifelong passion for great design and the joy of discovering new and exciting talent and presenting it to the masses. We think the secret to keeping the store fresh and interesting, is to have a constantly evolving and changing roster of products and designers in the store for customers to choose from. We also enjoy hosting regular events around new collections, highlighting designers and topical events, such as London Design Festival and The Big Draw. The store has already been a hit with the locals and we hope that with the wide range of products on show, there will be something for everyone to discover. We hope to welcome you all soon!
