Supporting the EWC The Center’s operational funds come from a U.S. Congressional appropriation, with program funding principally from private agencies, individuals, foundations, corporations and governments in the region. Financial support from the Center’s friends and alumni is a powerful measure of our programs’ value to the people and communities we serve.
