Description
Eastern Karate is a club that practices traditional Shotokan Karate. Training consists of Kihon (basic moves), Kata (forms or patterns) and Kumite (fighting). Our aim is to encourage students to face their fears and doubts by trying something new but yet quite old. Students will be guided along so they can achieve their objectives of gaining confidence in what they do. First timers should wear track pants and T-Shirts / sweatshirts to class.

Queen Streetcar #501, get off at Leslie St and walk north past Dundas, across from the school. Gerrard Streetcar #506, get off at Leslie St and walk south until the school, just across.
