We offer themed menu classes, for example Thai, Indian, Italian, Asian, to name a few. In a lesson we cover everything from kitchen hygiene and safety, to food preparation and cooking methods, finally ending off with presentation and plating of the final meal. You are provided with the recipes for each of the 3 courses which your class will prepare and you work together to cook everything yourselves under the guidance and supervision of a qualified chef. The idea is to have fun in the kitchen while learning new and more creative menu ideas. Classes are very interactive and social so you will meet and make new friends. Your families will love tasting all the new recipes as well so come and try a class with us.
