Eat Shoots & Leaves is an urban microgreens farm growing pea and sunflower shoots for sale to local grocers, restaurants, and by subscription. These little shoots pack a lot of nutrients & flavour into their little leaves and stems. Microgreens are a great sandwich, wrap, or fajita fixing, yummy as part of a salad, crunchy and fresh tossed into a soup or stirfry, or just plain good on their own! Harvesting weekly, you can find Eat Shoots & Leaves at Aubergine Specialty Foods, The Local General Store, and Fairfield Market.
