Description

Lubbock is struggling in the area of recycling. Lubbock's landfill is the fastest growing landfill in Texas. Without viable recycling options in Lubbock, we are continuing to fill our landfill until it cannot hold anymore. This is where EcoCycle comes in. EcoCycle provides its customers with either a recycling bin or biodegradable trash bags. Customers simply fill their container of choice with all recyclable items, and once a week, we come and pick up the recycles. Once they are picked up, we sort through each item and take them to their appropriate drop off locations. With your cooperation, we can make a huge impact on our environment and cut down significantly on our growing landfill.
