Description

Elcano Finance was created from a need identified by SME business owners and their accountant advisers, a need not just for an order-taking finance broker but a SME Funding Adviser. The need is for an advisory business that can not only facilitate finance for a business, but is able to understand complex structuring, the taxation implications as devised with the accountant, legal relationships as developed with their lawyers and from all of this information is able to assess the current funding of that business along with any newly proposed funds. Our SME Funding Advisers work in compliment to SME professional accounting and legal advisers. To achieve this requires Elcano's Advisers to develop a 'Funding Plan' with the client and then closely monitoring and reviewing their funding needs. Our Advisers work closely with SME boards and management to ensure they have the optimal funding arrangements and to prepare them for anticipated future funding needs.
