Silver Planning Package: This package is designed for our couples that have more time to be involved in the planning process, but could use a little guidance in choosing a venue, vendors and over all style and theme coordination. This packages includes; Initial meeting with Bride and Groom, Two meetings with your wedding planner, Unlimited phone and E-mail availability, A timeline and checklist guide, Wedding etiquette advice, Assistance in choosing theme, colors and wedding style, month of wedding coordination with Vendors, set up and formality advice. This package has a lot to offer to those couples that have time and energy to give! Month of Package: This Package is designed to help couples who have enjoyed their time planning their wedding and are needing some last minute help! This package includes; one meeting with the Bride and Groom to understand how the couple would like the Rehearsal and wedding to flow, a completed timeline of rehearsal and wedding day events, Attendance to rehearsal for collection of items to be set up next day at wedding. Wedding Day will include; Attend and oversee wedding and reception events, greet and lead set up of deliveries (flowers, food, candles,), Ensuing that wedding party is ready and sent down the isle in the correct order and looking great, Ensure that all tables at reception are ready for guests (table numbers, name cards), Ensure that all specialty tables are in their correct places and vendors are set up on time (Gift tables, Cake Table, favors, DJ, ETC.)
