Description
De Alter Markt in Keulen en het Vrijthof in Maastricht zijn er beroemd om: de elfde van de elfde. Het carnaval wat daar al zo uitbundig wordt gevierd wordt op die dag op grootse wijze geopend. Ook het Lampegat staat bekend als een stad waar carnavalsvierders van binnen en buiten de stad het feest omarmen, daarom is CV D'Haone in 2013 Elluf Elluf begonnen.
