~ How to Order ~ To order one of our personalised toys, prints or invitations please send us a message. ~ Allow 2-3 weeks for completion of toy, plus postage time. ~ Allow 1-2 days for digital prints or 1-2 weeks for prints. ~ Your chosen toy will only be secured once payment has been received. Some toys are popular and we run out of stock quickly. ~ Proofs will be sent through once payment has been received. Once your proof has been accepted we take no responsibility for wrong details or colours embroidered or printed. Please take the time to check your proof thoroughly. ~ The embroidery process will only begin once proof of design has been approved. ~Payment Options include Paypal and Direct Debit ~ Please remove all ribbons from toys before giving them to babies or children.
