Empowered 21 will help shape the future of the Global Spirit-empowered movement throughout the world by focusing on critical issues facing the movement and connecting generations for intergenerational blessing and impartation. Global Purpose: To Unite the Global Spirit-filled movement together in intergenerational gatherings for the purpose of seeking a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the 21st Century To Provide a platform for addressing the critical issues facing the 21st Century Spirit-empowered church To Discover contemporary methods, vocabulary and ministry grace needed for engaging new generations in Spirit-empowered living To Focus the energy and resources of the Spirit-empowered global church on the harvest and challenges before us To Witness greater convergence and collaboration of Spirit-empowered ministries around the world

In 2006, thousands of Spirit-empowered believers from around the world converged in Los Angeles, California to celebrate the 100 year-anniversary of the historic Azusa Street Revival. In a unique show of unity, the streams of the renewal movement flowed together to reflect on their spiritual roots and rejoice in a century of spiritual power. In 2010, the generations of the global, Spirit-filled movement will came together – this time for the singular purpose of focusing on the future. The campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma served as the venue for Empowered21: Global Congress on Holy Spirit Empowerment in the 21st century. This Global Congress will included radical intercession, experiential worship, academic research, ministry assistance, passionate interaction and sacred impartation. Leaders, laity, scholars and students joined together for this authentic, Christ-exalting experience. General sessions featured dynamic music from world-renowned worship leaders along with practical and powerful speakers who shared insights about Spirit empowerment. A wide range of learning tracks challenged and enlightend participants on how to live a Spirit-empowered life in the 21st century. Empowered21 will challenge you to live your life with the purity, passion and purpose required to carry the fire of the Spirit into the next generation.
