Our approach is simple. STEP ONE: We invite you in for an initial screening appointment ($89). The aim of this is so we can best understand your needs and place you in a program that will give you the best chance of success. It is very important that you have a program that meets your needs. Our assessors are highly trained and very experienced. If you are not sure what to do this is the best place to start. The initial screening session is a vital part of our process. We require all customers to complete this first step. Why is it so important? If we don’t understand your individual needs we can’t help you. The initial screening appointment allows us to direct you to the program that best suits your needs, your budget, and your busy schedule. It is vital to your success. Therapy is a very personal and individual process. We have your best interest at heart and won’t waste your time. If at the initial screening our experts think our counselling solutions will not be able to help you and meet your needs we will direct you to a more appropriate service that is right for you. STEP TWO: We offer 10 session courses of treatment. You have the option of 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Why do we do this? Quite simply this is what our experience and the research has shown to be most effective. We want you to be successful. The truth about therapy……. In our expert opinion there is little to no benefit to you to only do one or two sessions with a therapist. So we don’t waste your time or our time offering single sessions. We don’t want to see you only once or twice. We want you to ENGAGE with us for a VIP 10 session course of treatment. This is so you can get real long term changes. You have up to 12months to use your 10 sessions. It is up to you if you want to come weekly, fortnightly or even monthly. The 10 session model is our system and is the reason why we have such an amazing success rate. Our philosophy is to ENGAGE you and change your life. This is why we only offer 10 session courses. Think about it like a course of anti-biotics if you only take one or two pills and then stop the treatment is not as effective as if you take the whole course. Another example is like going to the gym. You don’t just go the gym once or twice and change your body. Your mind is the same. It takes time and effort to see real results. Our system keeps you and us accountable. STEP THREE: Celebration and graduation. After you complete your course with us you graduate. The completion of a 10 session course of treatment is an amazing achievement and you should be congratulated.
